Seeking guidance on the still-challenging nonprofit job market? Planning a career switch to nonprofit work? Or struggling to keep employees happy despite slim resources?
Join us on Tuesday, April 27, at noon U.S. Eastern time for a free-ranging live online discussion about job hunting, recruiting, and managing in the nonprofit world, sponsored by The Chronicle's advice column, Hotline. You can anonymously pose questions you might otherwise be afraid to ask about the job market, pay, perks, and running an organization.
Our guest will be Susan Egmont, principal of Egmont Associates, a recruiter in Boston who specializes in nonprofit executive search.
