Checking the Dashboard
A children's charity borrows a corporate tool to monitor its performanceKate Becker, a vice president at Kaboom, a Washington charity, helps oversee her charity's efforts to build hundreds of playgrounds and recreational spaces each year.
Helping her to manage and keep track of all those projects is a system that Kaboom has borrowed from the corporate world, known as a "dashboard."
