Donors Sue a New York University, Saying They Lack Details on Project
Donors to St. Bonaventure University, in New York, have sued the institution, saying that they were not provided with information about how their $2-million pledge for an addition to the school's library was being spent.
Paul and Irene Bogoni sued the institution in February, alleging that the costs of the project had risen above the budget they had agreed upon with the university.
