Making the transition from an upstart nonprofit to an established presence  requires organizations to take different approaches to their work.

How do you make sure that the creativity, energy, and passion of a start-up do not get lost? And how do groups avoid failing entirely once the excitement of the first few years fades away?

Aaron Hust of the Taproot Foundation has overseen those changes with the group he founded a decade ago. Taproot connects skilled professionals with charities that need those services from volunteers. It started in San Francisco and now operates in five cities.

Join us on Tuesday March 22, for a live online discussion about what he learned the hard way—and what advice he can offer to others as their organizations mature.
