Martha Taylor is vice president of the University of Wisconsin Foundation and works to solicit gifts of $1-million or more. Ms. Taylor is co-founder of the Women’s Philanthropy Institute at the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University and is the co-author of three books on philanthropy.
