As more donors are demanding that organizations prove they are making progress in achieving their missions, nonprofits increasingly face challenges in figuring out how to measure their work and share the findings in a meaningful way.

Ariana Klitzner is a senior engagement manager at Mission Measurement, where she manages strategic measurement and evaluation programs for nonprofits and foundations.

Diane Knoepke is a senior engagement manager at Mission Measurement.  For 13 years, she has worked as a nonprofit consultant and executive, advising and managing organizations.

Andrew Means is founder of Data Analysts for Social Good, a professional organization for nonprofit data analysts, and is the lead analyst at the YMCA of Metro Chicago.
