A growing number of nonprofit groups are hiring Washington representatives to seek federal moneyOhio Valley General Hospital, a 119-bed facility in Pittsburgh, is getting $400,000 this year from the federal government to help build a new wing for its surgery and obstetrics-gynecology units.
