Al Sigl Center Partners' Foundation (Rochester, N.Y.): Appointed Karen M. Gaffney, senior associate director of development at the U. of Rochester Medical Center, to be vice president. The foundation raises money for the Al Sigl Center, which serves children with disabilities.
