Accion USA (Boston): Announced the resignation of William Burrus, president and chief executive officer, effective June 30. Accion USA makes small loans to poor people.
American Friends of Bar-Ilan U. (New York): Appointed Mark Medin, executive director of the philanthropic leadership group at United Jewish Appeal-Federation of New York, to be executive vice president. He succeeds Yehuda Halevy, who has retired.
