BuildOn, a nonprofit group that offers after-school programs to teenagers in urban areas, isn't just working to improve conditions in the United States. It is also giving urban teenagers the opportunity to help build schools in impoverished countries.
Brett McNaught, BuildOn's vice president of international programs, explains his organization's approach in an interview with Hildy Gottlieb.
