Supreme Court Ruling Raises Concerns for Nonprofit Advocacy Groups
Government watchdogs and other nonprofit groups are criticizing the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling last month that lifted restrictions on corporate campaign spending, saying the move could allow businesses to drown out the voices of individuals, charities, and small advocacy organizations.
