The Outlook for Hiring and Pay

Tuesday, March 8, at noon U.S. Eastern time

As nonprofit organizations climb out of the recession, nonprofit organizations are adding to their work forces and adopting pay increases to ensure they can attract and retain talented employees.

Even so, some nonprofits are unable to make up for deep cuts in pay made during the recession—and attracting employees for key jobs continues to be a challenge.

To coincide with the release of a new study of nonprofit hiring and compensation trends by the recruitment company Professionals for NonProfits, The Chronicle has invited one of the organization's leaders to discuss how employees and employers can best navigate the employment changes in the nonprofit world.

Join us on Tuesday, March 8, at noon U.S. Eastern time for a live online discussion to answer your questions about nonprofit hiring and pay.

The Guest:

Ira Madin is vice president of Professionals for NonProfits, a recruiting firm in New York.
