Williams College Receives Anonymous Pledges Worth $22-Million; Other Gifts

Williams College, in Williamstown, Mass., has received pledges that total $22-million from two anonymous donors.

The first pledge, $15-million, will support theater and dance performances and classes, endow the directorship of the dance program, and support the alumni fund. The second pledge, $7.4-million, will endow a scholarship fund for international students.
