Donations to the George W. Bush presidential library have exceeded the project’s $300-million goal, the Associated Press reports, citing The Dallas Morning News.

Federal financial statements filed by this Bush Foundation show $313-million in collections in 2009 and 2010. The foundation has not named financial backers, but a spokesman said the organization plans to identify some donors at a later date.

The 227,000-square-foot library will be located in Dallas on the campus of Southern Methodist University.
