New Grants: 71 Commitments Just Posted

The Chronicle has just posted more than $190-million in new grants listings that are exclusively available to subscribers to the newspaper and to its Guide to Grants.

Among the highlights:

  • The Lilly Endowment has awarded $800,000 to the Community League for philanthropy education for youths.
  • The UPS Foundation has awarded $50,000 to the National Arbor Day Foundation for reforestation efforts in northern California’s Plumas National Forest, which was damaged by recent fires.
