Prospecting: A Successful End-of-Year Ad Campaign

A charity that provides services to elderly gay residents in New York City is crediting an advertising campaign with helping it raise more money at the end of last year — even as other area charities suffered steep declines due to the recession, reports Prospecting, The Chronicle’s online column about charity efforts to collect private donations.
