A survey by the Chicago Network, an organization for professional women, found women have been losing ground in the business world, but many hold leadership positions within nonprofit organizations, the Chicago Tribune reports. Women were strongly represented among executives and board members of Chicago charities and foundations. This is the first year that the study has included nonprofit groups.
