How can nonprofit groups more effectively use social-media tools to garner attention to their work and spark interaction with their supporters?

During a session for nonprofit chief executives at the National Conference on Volunteering and Service in New York, Jack Dorsey, co-founder of the popular social-networking site Twitter, offered advice to nonprofit groups on how they can use online tools to “humanize” their work.
