Using Online Tools to Bring Your Supporters Together Offline

Social media are often at their best when they are used to bring conversations and connections offline. Organizations can create deep connections with their supporters — and lay the groundwork for ambitious fund-raising efforts — by offering their online friends and followers the chance to meet in person.
