Not sure if this is the correct place to send an article topic, but I wanted bring up the notion of "salary commensurate with the individual's experience."  

The reality is that for 99 percent of nonprofit jobs, there is a very definite salary window, and to say "commensurate with experience" is not true. In the for-profit world,  companies do a much better job of listing the salary up front so the candidates know if the position will work for them.

Anyway, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
