I wish that I had seen this article a month ago.

Our Head Start teachers are being organized by a union.  Management has decided to fight the effort and has thrown the rest of the staff into the voting unit.

If anyone has any advice to give, we would gladly take it.

Our board president has called a special meeting because she feels that the organization should just give up and accept the union. The problem with that is that half the employees seem to be on the "no" side. They want to vote.

I welcome the opportunity to dialogue about this issue.

I am not the CEO, but the CFO. Still, this is serious and I am passing along all information to my boss.

Thank you for putting this out here where I could find it.
