Nonprofit salaries in New York City

I'm interviewing next week with a large, international nonprofit organization for a director of events position.  Any ideas on a salary range to expect from a position like this in New York City?

I was wondering if anyone has any New York City salary updates.  I have just been appointed Chairman of a large Nonprofit in Manhattan and we are going to be interviewing for a Executive Director.
