Here's a recent Chronicle article on the shortage of African-American men in positions of leadership in the nonprofit world.

What do you see as the obstacles to recruiting more black men into the field? Can you point to any groups that are having success with their recruiting efforts in this regard?

I have notice the same thing.
I am a black man and i have
interest in the non profit feild
im also will to donat my time
and money for a good cause
so once i can make a differecne
i will recruit other black men
to do the same.
If you have any ideals or
can point me to resourses
that will excite the black man
to get involved let me know.
