The Executive Leadership Certificate program at Bryn Mawr College's Nonprofit
Executive Leadership Institute (NELI) prepares senior-level nonprofit and public
sector executives to take their organizations to new heights in terms of growth,
sustainability, accountability and effectiveness. Our curriculum focuses on individual and organizational assessment and analysis. Each small cohort of leaders completes a ten-day curriculum that unfolds over eight months and offers:
- Individual leadership assessment and executive coaching
- Intensive practice oriented seminars
- Peer learning and networking
