Q. My user name is remembered because I checked the "remember me" box.
Why isn't my password remembered?
A. For security and privacy concerns, the "remember me" check box only autofills your username. It still requires you to fill in your password. If you use Firefox or Safari web browsers, you may want to consider using your browser's password manager to store your username and password. For additional information on these features visit your browsers web page (http://www.apple.com/support/safari/ or http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Firefox+Support+Home+Page).
Q. Why do I keep needing to log in?
A. Our site allows each account holder to remain logged in on one computer for up to 12 hours, or until:

A. The sharing of an account is not permitted and our site will log out multiple users of the same account.
Q. I use Internet Explorer and my password had been recalled for me,
but that's no longer the case. What happened?
