Director of the Annual Fund

Supervises an office of five program and three support staff in the solicitation and administration of unrestricted and restricted gifts. The Director is a member of the senior advancement staff and works to ensure that all advancement-related activities are properly coordinated. Specific responsibilities include leading the annual planning process that shapes marketing strategies and action steps for the effective use of direct mail, phonathons, paid callers, class agents and staff in solicitation of the college's constituents. Bachelor's degree required, and five to seven years of successful advancement experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable skills are acquired.
