The Nature Conservancy in Montana seeks an Associate Director of Philanthropy to create and implement strategies for the cultivation and solicitation of major gift prospects and to raise $1 to $2 million annually to support state and global conservation priorities. Collaborate with fundraising team to determine effective strategies for identifying new donors and prospects to add to portfolio.

Ideal candidate will have undergraduate degree, 7-9 years major gifts fundraising experience in designing and closing gifts, ability to focus on building long-term relationships with donors and knowledge of current trends in charitable giving.
