Pro Mujer International, an international microfinance, health services and women's empowerment organization providing microloans and healthcare to 220,000 plus women in Latin America, seeks senior-level seasoned fund-raising professional for new position: Chief Development and Communications Officer. Plan and manage development and communications; focus on building major donors; work with Board; supervise 6 FTE staff.

Requires extensive development experience; proven track-record. Must be goal-oriented team leader, with excellent management and communications skills. NYC based; travel 25%. Spanish speaker not required.
