Development Director: The Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps is a leader in child welfare and juvenile justice in Massachusetts. Every year, we help hundreds of children, youths, and their families deal successfully with behavioral and emotional issues at nearly a dozen facilities throughout the state. Currently, the Agency seeks a Development Director to manage a growing nonprofit development operation. Reporting to the Vice President of Development and External Affairs, the Development Director will oversee and supervise the annual giving program, special events, protocols and systems, donor communications and be a spokesperson for the Agency with donors. Qualified candidates will have 7-10 years of fund-raising experience, a commitment to the Agency's mission and demonstrated success planning and executing in special events.
