ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT, ANNUAL GIVING: SUNDANCE INSTITUTE seeks a development professional to expand and manage all aspects of our annual giving program. This Los Angeles based individual will focus on increasing annual support from individual donors at the $0 - $1,249 level. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Annual Giving, Membership, and/or Alumni Relations as well as program creation and administration. Must have experience working with online giving programs, social network marketing, direct mail campaigns and email solicitation campaigns. Experience working at a high level with Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud Analytics, WealthPoint screenings, and database management is strongly preferred.
