Regional Director of Stewardship Development

Precept Ministries International is seeking candidates for regional directors of stewardship development for Texas, the West Coast and TN/GA/AL. Successful candidates will identify, cultivate and develop solid relationships with current and prospective major donors through personal contact and generate significant giving opportunities.
Requirements Include:
·Highly motivated, mature professional with the ability to identify, develop, and steward major gift donors.
·Exceptional interpersonal and communicational skills.
·Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and implement fund-raising strategies.
·Ability to travel.
·Experience with major donor cultivation desired.
·A minimum of a baccalaureate degree and three or more years experience in development, preferably working with personal solicitations in a Christian ministry or nonprofit.
·Familiarity with capital development programs and campaigns.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Assist in donor development and communication. This will include, but is not limited to, regular personal contacts with a selected caseload in the field and verbal and written communications concerning events and items of interest to givers.

2.Expanding caseload by acquisition and development of prospective givers of major capacity.

3.Participation in special event staffing and promotion.

4.Consistent reporting and recording of caseload activities.

5.Assist in the tracking of gifts to ensure realization of givers' intent and accuracy of giver records.

6.Perform related and other duties as assigned.
