New York Sales Director- Bonds/Securities

The State of Israel Bonds is currently seeking an experienced Sales Director for their N.Y. office to report directly to the VP of Sales. This individual must have proven experience managing sales staff (preferably in the securities industry) to analyze how to achieve goals of potential sales of Israel Bonds. Meet on a regular basis with each registered rep to review weekly sales production and future potential sales. Series 62 and 63 required (will train). Knowledge of the American-Jewish community and Israel's history and current sociopolitical situation is needed. Candidate must have strong verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
