Associate Director of Major Sales

The State of Israel Bonds is currently seeking an experienced Professional to fill the position of Associate Director of Major Sales. This is a N.Y. based position, but moderate travel will be required. Candidate must have background in either of the following areas: Major Gifts Director for philanthropic organizations; licensed securities salesman, or in direct sales. Candidate will be responsible for developing new corp. and institutional sales program and working with Sales Managers and Registered Representatives to investigate new sales opportunities with banks and other financial institutions, foundations and corp. pension plans. Will also be responsible for monitoring status and programs of major sales campaigns in each of the individual sales offices across the country.

Knowledge of the American-Jewish community and Israel's history and current sociopolitical situation is needed. Candidate must have strong verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
