We are seeking a dynamic Corporate and Foundations Manager to focus on all aspects of fundraising for a world-renowned center for cardiac, pulmonary and vascular services. The selected candidate will successfully manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects; establish procedures for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and managing major gifts from corporate and foundation communities; maintain a communications program to promote major giving; and assist with grant writing and fundraising activities. Additionally, this position will develop targeted marketing strategies to increase awareness and significantly increase additional revenue for the DEBORAH Hospital Foundation.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years of experience managing institutional development programs, including significant experience and success in major gift campaigns. A proven track record in closing six and seven figure major gifts is essential, and experience in higher education, hospital or academic medical center fundraising is strongly desired. Applicants should have knowledge of charitable giving instruments/options and relevant tax laws, along with a demonstrated ability to prospect, cultivate and manage new accounts. Proven writing skills and the ability to travel are also necessary.
