Assistant Dean for Institutional Advancement
Thomas College is seeking an Assistant Dean for Institutional Advancement. The College expects the Assistant Dean to assist the Vice President in managing and achieving the goals of the five year comprehensive campaign. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: focused self-starter, confident, fast-learner, team player, organized, flexible, good personal and public relations skills, goal and product oriented, collegial, and assertive. The successful candidate will value and be able to communicate the importance of higher education to diverse audiences.
The position reports to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Requirements for the position include master's degree and excellent writing and communications skills. Knowledge of institutional advancement is a plus but not a requirement for the right candidate. The successful candidate will accept and recognize the value of mentoring.
