This position serves as a spokesperson for Memorial Health System and articulates and promotes the mission and vision of MHS and the Foundation. The position is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, executing, managing, and serving as a spokesperson for a comprehensive development program for the Foundation. This position also coordinates all development activities on behalf of Memorial Health System and its affiliated healthcare services. The Executive Director focuses the majority of their time on external relationships and solicitation of major gift giving. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Health System.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years experience in fundraising including
major gift giving. Experience regarding contracts administration and relationship language. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. At least 2 years supervisory Experience in leading; coaching; managing employees including performance management and development.
