Executive Vice President for Philanthropy

Allina Health System, a not-for-profit family of 11 hospitals, 85 clinics and other care services headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks an experienced development leader to lead all philanthropy initiatives across the system. The EVP reports directly to the CEO, and all Allina development staff will report in to the EVP. The position will support campus, service line and Center for Healthcare Innovation development. The candidate will have a demonstrated track-record of success raising money in a sophisticated fund-raising environment. Experience in healthcare and an advanced degree are preferred.
