The Johns Hopkins Campaign

Johns Hopkins is in the midst of an ambitious fund-raising campaign. The Knowledge for the World campaign seeks support to

  • Build and renovate facilities on Johns Hopkins campuses
  • Substantially increase endowment for student aid and faculty support
  • Advance research, academic, and clinical initiatives

The Johns Hopkins University is a small, but remarkably diverse, privately endowed institution. It opened in 1876 as America's first research university, founded for the express purpose of expanding knowledge and putting that knowledge to work for the good of humanity.
