I have been in the nonprofit sector for 33 years. Your letter is already way too lengthy. Do not include anything from your brochure. Re-read your letter and eliminate adverbs 1st, then shorten it by also eliminating phrases like we met the President of and say the film of the market was seen by dignataries like then just put in his name. Also do not remind them they gave before 2 times, just ask for continuing support-I think then you’ll have a better letter.
