From The Chronicle: Senate Forecast
Sen. Max Baucus, the Montana Democrat who took over the reins of the Senate Finance Committee in January, said in an interview with The Chronicle that he does not give high priority to cracking down on charitable abuses or imposing new regulations on nonprofit groups such as hospitals.
