What about offering ideas to Teens in Middle and Senior high school. They have more skills than most of us adults in the area of graphics and information technology. Take a good look at their creative grafitti!~. Why not trade your needs for their skills. When the vehicle is up and running, help them to find a part-time job or scholarship in the graphics i/t field.
