Prospecting: Planning for a Fund Raiser's Departure

Just as nonprofit groups have increasingly recognized the need for succession plans for replacing the chief executive, they should also start making plans for how they would replace people in other key jobs such as the chief fund raiser, notes a new post in Prospecting, The Chronicle’s column on fund-raising news and tips.
