November 04, 2008 Companies Expect Giving to Stay FlatAlthough requests from charities for assistance are on the rise, charitable giving by corporations such as Bank of America, General Electric, and Wells Fargo will most likely be flat in 2009 as those companies suffer the effects of the banking crisis or see lower profits, reports Reuters.
